 Negros Oriental – Envisioned by the agency to accelerate irrigation development to its farmer beneficiaries through irrigation systems.

The National Irrigation Administration - Negros Oriental Satellite Office (NOSO) with the local government unit (LGU) conducted the blessing and inauguration of Valencia/Balili Communal Irrigation Project last November 17, 2016 at Brgy. Balili, Valencia, Negros Oriental.

Its potential service area is at 10 hectares with potential 42 farmer beneficiaries covered by the Balili Community and Livelihood Association (BALCOLA), Inc.

This project is has a total cost of Php 2,500,000.00 under Bottoms up Budgeting (BUB) with an LGU counterpart of Php 375,000.00

Engr. Nestor M. Pastor, Head, NOSO personally thanked the support of the local officials to come up with the successful project implementation.
